¼ cup sugar
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons lemon zest (from 1 lemon)
3 tablespoons lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
2 cups red grapes (sliced in half)
2 cups green grapes (sliced in half)
2 cups blueberries
2 cups strawberries
fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Make the dressing. In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar, water, lemon zest and lemon juice.
