1/2 teaspoon clubhouse rum (grocery store)
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries - coat with 1/4 cup sugar
partial can of raspberry pie filling

Tips:

  • Use fresh and ripe fruits: This will ensure that your muffins are bursting with flavor. If you don't have fresh fruit on hand, you can use frozen fruit that has been thawed and drained.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the muffin cups to the top: This will help to create a muffin top that is nice and high.
  • Bake the muffins at a high temperature: This will help to create a crispy crust on the outside of the muffins.
  • Let the muffins cool completely before frosting them: This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.
