Tips for Making the Best Frozen Strawberry Sauce Sugar-Free

  • Use fresh or frozen strawberries. Fresh strawberries are ideal, but frozen strawberries will work just as well. If using frozen strawberries, thaw them completely before making the sauce.
  • Sweeten the sauce to your taste. This recipe uses a combination of stevia and monk fruit extract to sweeten the sauce, but you can use any sugar-free sweetener that you like. Start with a small amount and add more to taste.
  • Add a little bit of lemon juice. Lemon juice helps to brighten the flavor of the strawberries and balance out the sweetness of the sauce. Do not add too much, just a tablespoon or two according to personal preference.
  • Chill the sauce before serving. This will help the sauce to thicken up and develop its full flavor. You can chill the sauce for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Serve the sauce over your favorite desserts. This sauce is perfect for topping pancakes, waffles, ice cream, yogurt, or even cheesecake. You can also use it as a dipping sauce for fruit or crackers.

Conclusion

This frozen strawberry sauce is a delicious and healthy way to add sweetness to your favorite desserts. It's easy to make, sugar-free, and can be made with fresh or frozen strawberries. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give this frozen strawberry sauce a try!
