1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp honey (substitute agave nectar)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pinch ground himalayan sea salt
1/4 oz shaved 72% dark chocolate

Steps:

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except shaved chocolate; whisk until well-blended. Pour chocolate mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and process until nice consistency according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 15 minutes.
