1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons soft margarine
1 tablespoon water

Steps:
