1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

CREAM FILLING:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
GLAZE:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1-1/2 cups fresh raspberries
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. 1 (16 ounce) package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 -3 cups fresh fruit, sliced

  • Crust: slice the cookie dough into 1/4 to 1/3 in pieces and spread onto buttered (13 in or so) pizza pan using wet fingers. Bake @ 350 til light brown - usually 12-14 minutes.
