1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
2 cups frozen crispy French-fried potatoes (from 20-oz bag)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain well. Sprinkle flour over beef mixture. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in tomatoes; heat to boiling. Remove from heat.

3/4 cup chopped onion
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/3 cup catsup
3/4 teaspoon salt
pepper, to taste
1 (9 ounce) package frozen french fries

Steps:

  • Cook meat, celery and onion in skillet, drain off the grease.
  • Stir in the soup, catsup, salt and pepper.
  • Turn into a greased (sprayed with Pam) 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
  • Arrange the potatoes over the top.

1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon light brown sugar

2 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese (sliced)
4 small hoagie rolls

Steps:

  • Mix together ground beef and all ingredients (EXCEPT pepper jack cheese) in a medium bowl.

1 pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 (16 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
½ cup warm milk
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes; drain. Set aside to cool in a large bowl.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
