This dip goes great with baked pita chips (which you can make yourself) or the blue corn tortilla chips. You can vary the heat in this by adjusting the amount of jalapenos that goes in.

- Place in a flat serving dish and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then spread the tomato pieces on top,and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
- Enjoy!

THE "ULTIMATE" BLACK OLIVE DIP IN A BREAD BOWL
Oh so good!!! For anyone who doesn't like black olives, like me, this dip may just change your opinion about that topic. I had one bite of this dip, then another and so on......my co-worker made this on New Year's eve and was kind enough to pass it on. I love the basic "spinach dip" served in a bread bowl and this recipe is a refreshing change. Great party dip, anytime of the year! Cook time includes 6 hours chilling.

Steps:
- Reserve black olive juice. Chop black olives.
- In a medium sized bowl whip the cream cheese with a hand blender or a fork.
- Add black olives and about 2 tablespoons of the black olive juice and mix. Add more juice until you reach your desired consistency (I like it creamy but not thinned out). You can also add things like worchestershire, paprika, garlic salt, etc if you'd like to add depth of flavor but I like it just how it is!
- Serve with chips, veggies, crackers, or whatever else you may like!
FISH FILLET WITH GARLIC BUTTER AND BLACK OLIVES
A recipe from the Coup de Pouce, I think it's from March or April. Tilapia and halibut can be used in this recipe.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat butter and garlic at medium heat until butter is frothy. Reduce heat to medium-low (or at low heat if butter is golden too fast) and cook for 15 minutes or until butter is golden, stirring from time to time. Reduce in purée the garlic cloves. Add red bell pepper, black olives and capers and cook for 4 minutes. Add sage and lemon juice and stir.
- Meanwhile, in another large skillet, heat oil at medium-high heat. Add fish fillets and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and the flesh is easy to flake with a fork (flip the fillets one time during cooking). Garnish the fillets with garlic butter and olives.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the final product, so always use the freshest olives, cream cheese, and seasonings you can find.
- Don't over-process the olives: Finely chopping or pureeing the olives will make the dip too mushy. Instead, coarsely chop them so that they retain some texture.
- Don't be afraid to experiment: This recipe is a great starting point, but you can easily customize it to your liking. Try adding different herbs, spices, or even other types of cheese.
- Make sure the dip is well chilled before serving: This will help the flavors to meld and will make the dip more refreshing.
- Serve the dip with your favorite crackers, vegetables, or pita chips: This dip is versatile and can be enjoyed with a variety of snacks.
Conclusion:
Frank's Black Olive Dip is a simple but delicious appetizer or snack that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make, can be customized to your liking, and is always a crowd-pleaser. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy recipe, give this black olive dip a try. You won't be disappointed!
