ORANGE CREAMSICKLE JELLO FLUFF
I stole this recipe from my grandmother years ago. I have served it at various pot lucks ever since. You won't be disappointed when you try this recipe! Super easy to make. You may vary on flavors and have fun with it! You could also put this in graham cracker pie crusts and make a pie out of it!

Steps:
- 1. With a hand mixer blend 1 package of cream cheese with 2 tubs of Cool Whip. Once blended, add the 2 boxes of jello. Then blend coconut into mixture. Next gently blend in 1 can of drained crushed pineapple (I blend on low speed just until evenly mixed into cream cheese mixture-if blended too much, it will make the mixture soupy).
- 2. Gently fold into mixture drained Mandarin Oranges and Marshmallows.
- 3. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. (I prefer to let set overnight for flavors to set.) You can get into this right away after mixing. The mixture should not be soupy or runny. It should have a "Mousse-like" texture. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Make sure to use fresh oranges, as they will give the pie a brighter flavor.
- If you don't have an orange gelatin mix, you can use a lemon or lime mix instead.
- To make the pie even creamier, use 2 cups of heavy cream instead of 1 cup.
- For a more intense orange flavor, add 1 teaspoon of orange extract to the pie filling.
- If you want a gluten-free pie, use a gluten-free graham cracker crust.
- To make the pie ahead of time, prepare the pie filling and crust according to the recipe, then cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days. When you're ready to serve, whip the heavy cream and spread it on top of the pie filling. Top with orange zest and serve.
