CREAMY FIESTA SPAGHETTI

Creamy Fiesta Spaghetti image

I love spaghetti casseroles and this one has more flavor with the chili powder in the sauce. The evaporated milk poured over the top melts into the cheese and makes it extra creamy.

Tips:

  • To ensure your Fiesta Skillet Spaghetti is cooked evenly and to perfection, use a large skillet that allows for the ingredients to spread out in a single layer.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the water when boiling the spaghetti to enhance the flavor of the pasta.
  • Don't overcrowd the skillet with ingredients. If you're using a smaller skillet, cook the ingredients in batches to avoid steaming instead of sautéing.
  • Use high-quality ingredients, especially the cheese, to elevate the flavor of the dish.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, add extra chili powder or a dash of cayenne pepper.
  • For a vegetarian version, replace the ground beef with sautéed vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms.
  • Serve the Fiesta Skillet Spaghetti immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream or guacamole, for a burst of flavor and color.

Conclusion:

Fiesta Skillet Spaghetti is a vibrant and flavorful one-pan meal that combines the classic flavors of Mexican cuisine with the convenience of a quick and easy skillet dinner. It's a versatile dish that can be customized to suit your preferences, whether you prefer a spicier or milder version, or if you want to add vegetables to make it a vegetarian meal.
