Tips:
- To make the pizza dough, you can use a stand mixer or mix it by hand. If using a stand mixer, start with the dough hook on low speed and gradually increase the speed to medium. Mix until the dough comes together and forms a ball, about 2 minutes.
- If mixing by hand, stir the ingredients together in a large bowl until the dough comes together and forms a ball. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- When rolling out the dough, use a lightly floured rolling pin to prevent the dough from sticking. Roll the dough out to a 12-inch circle.
- To make the Nutella filling, simply whisk together the Nutella and milk until smooth.
- When spreading the Nutella filling on the pizza crust, leave a 1-inch border around the edge. This will help prevent the filling from spilling over when baking.
- To make the whipped cream topping, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
- When decorating the pizza, be creative! You can use sprinkles, chopped nuts, or fresh fruit.
Conclusion:
This festive dessert pizza is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of Nutella, whipped cream, and fresh fruit is sure to please everyone. So next time you're looking for a sweet and festive dessert, give this recipe a try.
