- 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together, except for bread. Shape into loaf. Line a 1 and 1/2 qt loaf pan with the bread slices. Place meatloaf on top. *The bread soaks up grease, and should be thrown away after the meatloaf is done.
- 3. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until meat is cooked through.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350'.
- Grease a deep dish meatloaf pan with pam.
- Place 2 slices of bread on bottom of dish (this will catch the grease from the meatloaf).
- Mix together, ground beef,house seasoning,chopped onion and green pepper,1c shredded cheese, worcestershire sauce,sour cream,ritz crackers and black pepper.
- Place in meatloaf dish and bake 45 minutes.
- Discard bread pieces after baking. Place meatloaf on a large plate.
- For the cheese sauce --.
- Place soup, milk (whipping cream if using)in a sauce pan and heat on medium heat.
- Add 1 1/2c. cheddar cheese and stir to combine.
- When cheese is melted add, green onion and parsley if desired.
- Pour over meatloaf and enjoy!

- bake in black iron skillet (12 inch) to create lots of crust or form in loaf pan for a'slicing for sandwich meatloaf.
- BEAT EGGS.
- COMBINE eggs ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BREAD CRUMBS.
- add bread crumbs to make right texture--not too dry.
- use an ungreased black iron skillet (12 inch).
- bake@ 350 for 35 minutes.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN.
- DRIZZLE KETCHUP OVER TOP.
- RETURN TO OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES.
