BECKY'S HEALTHIER HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE
I have been on a permanent quest to find the perfect quiche recipe. As a self-professed breakfast food, cheese, and egg lover, quiche represents to me all that is right and good in a culinary concoction. Traditionally quiche is not a healthy option, what with all the cream and cheese that typically goes into it. I have literally experimented with different versions of a healthier quiche for years, but a couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon the perfect mixture, and I am pleased to share it here with all of you.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your quiche will taste. Whenever possible, use fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices.
- Don't overbeat the eggs: Overbeating the eggs can make the quiche rubbery. Stir them gently until they are just combined.
- Use a good quality cheese: The cheese is one of the most important ingredients in a quiche, so it's important to use a good quality cheese that melts well. Cheddar, Gruyère, and Swiss are all good choices.
- Don't overcook the quiche: A quiche is done when the center is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Overcooking will make the quiche dry and rubbery.
- Let the quiche cool slightly before serving: This will allow the quiche to set and make it easier to slice.
Conclusion:
Egg Beaters quiche is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's a great way to use up leftover vegetables and cheese, and it's also a good source of protein and calcium. With a little planning, you can easily make a quiche that everyone will love.
