1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs

1 can (15 ounces) Italian tomato sauce
1 medium green or sweet red pepper, chopped

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Place zucchini in colander; sprinkle with salt. 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
salt and ground white pepper to taste
4 medium zucchini
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

2 eggs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided (or to taste)
2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided (or to taste)
1 lb ground beef
1 -2 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can Italian-style tomato sauce (tomato sauce, with 1/4 tsp. each, oregano and basil)
1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped

Steps:

  • Set oven to 400°F.
  • Grease a 13x9 pan.
