EASY OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE
I've had this recipe so long, I can't remember where I got it. It is a Christmas tradition in our family; prepared on Christmas Eve and popped in the oven Christmas morning. My brother and I started using it many years ago to save my mother from cooking breakfast AND Christmas Dinner as she always had.

Tips:

- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cake tough.
- Grease and flour the bundt pan well. This will help the cake to release easily from the pan.
- Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking can make the cake dry.
