Categories     Puddings

Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 Tbsp brewed espresso, chilled
2 c chocolate pudding, prepared
3/4 c heavy cream
1 Tbsp sugar
chocolate shavings for topping

Steps:

  • 1. Stir espresso into prepared chocolate pudding.
  • 2. Beat heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  • 3. Fold into mocha pudding and top with chocolate shavings.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the mousse will taste. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Make sure the chocolate and cream are cold before you start. This will help the mousse to set properly.
  • Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. This will help the mousse to be light and fluffy.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture gently. Over-mixing will cause the mousse to deflate.
  • Chill the mousse for at least 4 hours before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to set properly.

Conclusion:

Mocha mousse is a delicious and decadent dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. Whether you like it classic or with a twist, this mousse is sure to please everyone. So next time you are looking for a special dessert, give mocha mousse a try!
