Tips:

  • Use fresh berries: Fresh berries will give your tartlets the best flavor and texture. If you can't find fresh berries, you can use frozen berries, but be sure to thaw them completely before using.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make it tough. Mix it just until it comes together.
  • Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough before baking will help it to hold its shape in the oven.
  • Use a sharp knife to cut the berries: A sharp knife will help you to cut the berries evenly and cleanly.
  • Don't overfill the tartlet shells: If you overfill the tartlet shells, the filling will bubble over and make a mess.
  • Bake the tartlets until the filling is set: The filling should be set when you insert a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean.
  • Let the tartlets cool before serving: Let the tartlets cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will help them to set and firm up.

Conclusion:

These Lemon Berry Tartlets are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. The tart, sweet, and creamy filling is sure to please everyone.
