Tips:
- Choosing the Right Cut of Steak: Opt for tender cuts like ribeye, strip loin, or tenderloin for kabobs. These cuts grill quickly and remain juicy.
- Marinating the Steak: Marinating the steak adds flavor and tenderizes it. Use a simple marinade made with olive oil, herbs, spices, and a touch of acid (like lemon juice or vinegar).
- Grilling Technique: Grill the kabobs over medium-high heat to get a nice sear on the outside while keeping the inside tender. Avoid overcooking to prevent dry, tough steak.
- Skewering the Kabobs: Use metal or soaked wooden skewers to prevent burning. Alternate steak pieces with vegetables or other ingredients for a colorful and flavorful kabob.
- Resting the Kabobs: After grilling, let the kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
