EASY PECAN GRAHAM BARS
These bars taste a lot like pecan pie and are so easy to make. I got this recipe from a fellow worker, whose grandmother makes them every Christmas--delish!!! Very few ingredients, and not time consuming. Enjoy!!!!

EASY GRAHAM BARS
This is a quick and luscious recipe. It is so easy that my girls used to enter them in the county fair every year when they were young. They were a guaranteed blue ribbon! A very good combination of flavors. Makes me hungry just remembering them.

Steps:
- Mix altogether and spoon mixture into a well greased 9 inch square pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cookie pulls away from the side of the pan. Cool before cutting.
- Makes 18 bars that will disappear fast.
Tips:
- Use a food processor to easily crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. This will ensure that the crust is evenly textured and holds together well.
- If you don't have a food processor, you can place the graham crackers in a large zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.
- To make the crust extra flavorful, add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to the graham cracker crumbs before pressing them into the pan.
- Be sure to press the crust firmly into the pan so that it is compact and doesn't crumble when you cut it.
- For a no-bake option, you can use a store-bought graham cracker crust instead of making your own.
- For a richer filling, use heavy cream instead of milk.
- If you don't have chocolate chips, you can use chopped nuts or dried fruit instead.
- Be sure to chill the bars for at least 2 hours before serving so that they have time to set.
- For a fun variation, try dipping the bars in melted chocolate or caramel.
Conclusion:
These easy graham bars are a delicious and versatile treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are perfect for potlucks, picnics, and other gatherings. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a sweet and satisfying snack that everyone will love.
