Tips:
- Choose the right cut of pork: Pork shoulder or pork tenderloin are great options for stir-fries because they are tender and flavorful.
- Tenderize the pork: To make the pork even more tender, you can marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and cornstarch for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use a well-seasoned wok or skillet: A well-seasoned wok or skillet will help to prevent the pork from sticking and will give it a nice caramelized flavor.
- Cook the pork in small batches: Don't overcrowd the wok or skillet, or the pork will not cook evenly. Cook the pork in small batches, stirring constantly, so that it browns all over.
- Use a high heat: Stir-fries are cooked over a high heat, so make sure your burner is turned up high. This will help to quickly cook the pork and vegetables and will prevent them from becoming soggy.
- Add the vegetables at the end: Vegetables cook quickly, so add them to the wok or skillet towards the end of the cooking process. This will help to prevent them from becoming overcooked.
- Serve immediately: Stir-fries are best served immediately, so that the pork and vegetables are still hot and crispy.
Conclusion:
Easy Ginger Pork Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The pork is tender and flavorful, and the vegetables are crisp and colorful. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
