Tips:

  • For a creamier dip, use full-fat vegan sour cream and mayonnaise. You can also add a splash of almond milk or water to thin out the dip if desired.
  • If you don't have fresh dill, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried dill weed. Just be sure to add it to the dip at the end, so it doesn't overpower the other flavors.
  • This dip is best served fresh, but it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Just be sure to bring it to room temperature before serving.
  • Feel free to get creative with your vegetables. This dip is great with all sorts of veggies, so experiment until you find your favorite combinations.
  • If you're looking for a healthier option, you can use Greek yogurt instead of vegan sour cream and mayonnaise. You can also use whole-wheat pita chips or veggie sticks instead of crackers.

Conclusion:

Dill dip is a classic party appetizer that's easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. This vegan version is just as delicious as the traditional dip, but it's made without any dairy products. So everyone can enjoy it, regardless of their dietary restrictions. Serve this dip with your favorite vegetables, crackers, or pita chips. You can also use it as a sandwich spread or as a dressing for salads.
