Tips for Making the Best Chocolate Tofu Pie:

  • Use high-quality chocolate: The better the chocolate, the better the pie. Look for dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 70% or higher.
  • Press the tofu well: This will help to remove excess moisture and ensure that the pie has a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Use a food processor to blend the tofu: This will help to create a smooth and creamy filling.
  • Add a little cornstarch to the filling: This will help to thicken the pie and prevent it from being too runny.
  • Bake the pie until the center is set: The pie should be firm to the touch, but still slightly jiggly in the center.
