Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make your soup taste its best. Look for high-quality chicken broth, tender chicken breasts, and fresh vegetables.
  • Don't overcrowd the pot: If you add too many ingredients to the pot, the soup will be too thick and the flavors won't meld together properly. Add the ingredients in small batches and cook them until they are tender before adding more.
  • Season to taste: Don't be afraid to taste the soup as you're cooking it and adjust the seasonings accordingly. Add more salt, pepper, or herbs until the soup reaches your desired flavor profile.
  • Let the soup simmer: Simmering allows the flavors in the soup to develop and deepen. Let the soup simmer for at least 30 minutes, or up to an hour, before serving.
  • Garnish the soup: A simple garnish can make a big difference in the presentation of your soup. Try adding a sprinkle of fresh herbs, a dollop of sour cream, or a few croutons to each bowl of soup.

This easy chicken and gnocchi soup is a delicious and comforting meal that's perfect for a cold winter day.
