1 cup sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Drain cherries, reserving 1/3 cup juice. In a large saucepan, combine the cherries, sugar, cranberries and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through. 1 can(s) cherry pie filling (or use your favorite flavor)
1 box white cake mix
1 stick butter ( i like using real) margarine is fine
1 Tbsp lemon juice
ICING (POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE)
1 c powered sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. in a Greased 9x13 dish, pour pie filling in spread evenly.In a seperate bowl mix with a fork, Cake mix, butter,& lemon juice together to form a crumb like appearance. Sprinkle on top of pie filling. (tip if you use to much or if its not forming a crumb either add a little flour or bisquit mix to it)
  • 2. bake for 15-20 minutes. in 350 degree oven. While its still warm. Pour powder sugar glaze (This glaze should be a little runny) on top. Serve hot or cold
