Tips:

  • Use a variety of vegetables. This will give your soup more flavor and nutrients. Some good choices include carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, and tomatoes.
  • Brown the beef before adding it to the soup. This will help to develop its flavor and give the soup a richer color.
  • Use a flavorful broth. This will be the base of your soup, so it's important to use a good one. You can use beef broth, chicken broth, or vegetable broth.
  • Add some herbs and spices. This will help to brighten the flavor of the soup. Some good choices include thyme, rosemary, garlic, and pepper.
  • Don't overcook the pasta. You want it to be al dente, or slightly firm to the bite.
