Tips:

  • Prep Your Veggies: Before you start cooking, wash and chop all your vegetables so they're ready to go. This will save you time and keep your cooking process organized.
  • Cook Your Bacon and Ground Beef Separately: Cooking the bacon and ground beef separately will help prevent the beef from getting too greasy and ensure that both are cooked evenly.
  • Use a Large Skillet: A large skillet is essential for this recipe, as it will allow you to cook the filling in one go and ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Skillet: When cooking the beef and bacon, make sure not to overcrowd the skillet. This will prevent the ingredients from cooking evenly and can result in a soggy filling.
  • Season Your Burritos Well: Don't be shy with the seasonings when making your burritos. A good blend of spices will add a ton of flavor and make your burritos irresistible.
  • Use Fresh Tortillas: Fresh tortillas will make your burritos much more pliable and easier to fold. If you can't find fresh tortillas, you can warm up store-bought tortillas in a skillet or microwave before assembling your burritos.
  • Serve Your Burritos with Your Favorite Toppings: Once your burritos are assembled, serve them with your favorite toppings such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese. This will add even more flavor and make your burritos a complete meal.

Conclusion:

This easy BBQ ground beef, bacon, and skillet burrito recipe is a delicious and satisfying meal that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
