EASY MOIST BANANA BARS
I found another version of this recipe online and changed it to match the ingredients I had on hand and what sounded good to me. This made a moist, tasty cookie bar that's a nice alternative to chocolate brownies. It is also another good use of those badly overripe bananas. I liked this because it had a mild banana flavor which didn't overwhelm the bars. These bars need no frosting...they are the perfect sweetness without it.

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bars will be.
- Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the bars until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the bars are cooked through.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting them: This will help them to hold together better.
- Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
