1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
½ cup confectioners' sugar

10 small flour tortillas
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup water
⅓ cup butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix apple pie filling, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.

6 (8 inch) flour tortillas

⅓ cup margarine
½ cup white sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar

6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water

  • Spoon fruit filling evenly down centers of tortillas.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.

4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies

12 corn tortillas (6 inches), warmed
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes, optional

  • In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in chicken and green chilies; heat through. , In a small skillet over medium heat, combine one can enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup cream; heat through. Remove from the heat. 2 granny smith apples, large
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 can(s) citrus flavored soda, 12 oz

  • 1. Peel, core and quarter apples, then halve each quarter. Unroll crescent rolls and separate at the perforations; place an apple section at the large end and roll to small end. Place apple rolls in rows in a 9 x 13 x 2 glass oven-proof dish.
