2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons butter OR margarine

1/4 cup canola oil
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chicken broth
