1/2 cup cabbage
4 slices fresh ginger
2 whole garlic cloves (not chopped or crushed)

My only deviation from Dr. Oz's recipe: (1) I don't add 600 mg of fish oil by breaking open supplement capsules (2) the addition of 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt wasn't in the original recipe.
