1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
4 to 6 medium firm bananas, sliced
Chopped walnuts, optional

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, combine the flour and brown sugar. Stir in milk until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. 1 ½ cups white sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 (12 ounce) package miniature vanilla wafers
3 barely ripe bananas, sliced 1/4-inch thick, or more to taste

1-8 oz package cream cheese
1- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 small pkg instant banana pudding
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
2 c cold milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas, sliced
1-12 oz package vanilla wafers
batch of homemade whipped cream

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Then add both pudding mixes, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  • 2. Line the bottom of 9x13 pan with vanilla wafers and then banana slices. Spread on pudding mixture then top with whip cream and chill.
  • 3. Whip Cream recipe: 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, 4 TBS. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat all ingredients together until thick and stiff peaks form. You can double this, depending on how much whip cream you like.

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups cold milk
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed, divided (Cool Whip)
