1 bottle (12 ounces) beer
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
4 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges
1 medium sweet onion, cut into wedges
4 medium ears sweet corn, cut in half
1/3 pound smoked chorizo or kielbasa, cut into 1-inch slices
3 tablespoons olive oil
6 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound uncooked large shrimp, deveined
1 pound uncooked snow crab legs
Optional condiments: seafood cocktail sauce, lemon wedges and melted butter

8 ears fresh corn, husks and silks removed
5 pounds whole crab, broken into pieces
4 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Directions Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor cooker, or medium-high heat indoors. Add Old Bay Seasoning to taste, and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, and sausage, and cook for about 10 minutes.
