2 teaspoons seeded and finely diced jalapeño, or to taste

2 tablespoons lime juice, or more to taste
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

½ cup mint leaves, sliced thinly

Steps:

3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1/3 c lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
