1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 (10-ounce) package (2 cups) crème de menthe baking chips *
1 (12-ounce) package vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
2 drops green food color
Powdered sugar or cocoa
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

  • Combine whipping cream and butter in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat 4-5 minutes or until butter is melted. Add crème de menthe baking chips. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or freeze 1 hour until firm.

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)

Mini foil candy cups (1 1/2 inch), if desired

Steps:

Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1/2 cup water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 jar (7.5 oz) marshmallow creme
1/2 cup crème de menthe
2 cups whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package (4.67 oz) thin rectangular crème de menthe chocolate candies, chopped
1 package (8 oz) Oreo mini chocolate creme sandwich cookies, crushed
Additional broken thin rectangular crème de menthe chocolate candies
Fresh mint leaves

Steps:

10 ounces vanilla candy coating or 10 ounces almond bark
2 drops green food coloring

  • In a 2 quart saucepan, heat whipping cream over low heat 2-3 minutes or until cream is warm.
  • Remove from heat.
