12 eggs
1 (32 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes (partially thawed)
1 lb bacon, cut into small pieces (fried and drained)
1/2 cup dieced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
3/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Grease the inside of the crockpot with butter. Now layer your ingredients bottom to top using half of each ingredient each time listed.
  • 1. potatoes. 2. bacon. 3. onions and peppers. 4. cheese. 5. potatoes. 6. bacon. 7. onions and peppers. 8. cheese.
  • Now, beat the eggs, milk, and salt together. Pour this over the whole mixture. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

8 eggs, whisked
1 sweet potatoes or 1 yam, shredded
1 lb pork sausage, broken up
1 yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried basil
salt and pepper, to taste
other chopped vegetables, to taste (peppers, zucchini, etc.)

Steps:

  • Grease crockpot with coconut oil, bacon fat, etc. to make sure none of the egg sticks.
  • Shred/grate the sweet potato.
  • Add all ingredients to the crockpot and mix well.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Spoon or slice out onto plates or into bowls.

1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c oatmeal, uncooked
2 c milk, low-fat
2 c water
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • 1. Place apples, cup brown sugar and salt in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • 2. Pour in oatmeal, milk and water. Do NOT stir.
  • 3. Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.
