1 (11 ounce) can niblet corn
1 (11 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) envelope Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing and Seasoning Mix
1 lb shredded chicken, ground beef or 1 lb any meat

Steps:

  • Cook meat and drain.
  • Shred if needed.

1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans, with juice

1 cup water
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Brown beef and onion in a skillet. Drain.
  • Dissolve taco seasoning in the water. Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips in the slow cooker.

2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 cups frozen okra
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
4 (14 1/2 ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 large celery ribs, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix (no MSG, reduced salt)

Steps:

  • Stir the envelope of taco seasoning mix with broth in a large 6 quart crock-pot.
