This one is called 'Honey Sesame'...Lots of other cooks have tried these 'chicken dump' recipes and loved them! I thought it was okay considering the amount of effort...

3 Tbsp sesame seeds - i used 1 tbls. pure sesame oil instead
3 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
2 clove garlic-crushed
1/2 c beer
1 1/2 lb chicken - any kind...thighs, cutlets, wings, etc
I ENDED UP ADDING 1 TSP. OF SALT...IT REALLY NEEDED IT
