Tips:

  • Use fresh cornflakes: Stale cornflakes will not hold their shape as well and will not be as crispy.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the batter tough.
  • Use a nonstick baking mat or parchment paper: This will help the cornflake cups to release easily from the baking sheet.
  • Be careful not to overcook the cornflake cups: They should be golden brown, but not burnt.
  • Let the cornflake cups cool completely before filling them: This will help them to hold their shape.

Conclusion:

Crispy cornflake cups are a fun and easy treat to make. They can be filled with a variety of sweet or savory fillings, making them perfect for any occasion.
