Tips:
- To achieve crispy Brussels sprouts, ensure they are thoroughly dried before roasting. This helps remove excess moisture and promotes even browning.
- To enhance the flavor of the Brussels sprouts, consider using a combination of olive oil and butter as the roasting fat. Butter imparts a rich, nutty flavor, while olive oil adds a light, fruity note.
- For a more intense flavor, roast the Brussels sprouts at a high temperature (425°F or 220°C) for a shorter duration. This caramelizes the natural sugars in the sprouts, resulting in a slightly charred and flavorful exterior.
- To prevent the honey-sriracha glaze from burning, add it to the roasted Brussels sprouts towards the end of the cooking time. This allows the glaze to thicken and coat the sprouts without overpowering their delicate flavor.
- Garnish the roasted Brussels sprouts with fresh herbs like parsley, cilantro, or chives for an extra layer of flavor and color.

Crispy Brussels sprouts with honey-sriracha glaze are a delectable side dish that combines sweet, spicy, and savory flavors. By following these tips and the detailed recipe instructions, you can easily create this crowd-pleasing dish that is perfect for both casual and formal gatherings.
