- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add green beans, onion, and bell pepper. - Butter an 11 x 7-inch-inch casserole dish.
- In a large saucepan melt butter over medium heat.
