CREAMY SWISS SPINACH DIP
A few items and a microwave oven are all you need to throw together this warm cheesy dip. It's always gone at the party's end. My favorite way to serve the dip is in a bread bowl with bread cubes, but it's also good with tortilla chips or French bread slices. -Heather Millican, Fort Meyers, Florida

SPINACH NOODLE CASSEROLE
We enjoyed a similar casserole at a friend's house many years ago. She didn't have a recipe but told me the basic ingredients. I eventually came up with my own version and have shared the recipe many times since. It goes great with ham but also is filling by itself. -Doris Tschorn, Levittown, New York

CHEESY SPINACH BAKE
This is the best spinach recipe I've ever tasted! It's cheesy and delicious. I use the leftovers--if there are any--to make small appetizer turnovers using phyllo dough. I'm often asked for the recipe.

Tips:
- For the creamiest spinach bake, use fresh baby spinach. If using frozen spinach, thaw it completely and squeeze out any excess water before adding it to the recipe.
- Use a good quality Swiss cheese. A sharp or extra-sharp variety will give the bake a more pronounced flavor.
