CREAMY RANCH PORK CHOPS & RICE

Stir the soup, milk and 1/2 package salad dressing mix in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Sprinkle with the paprika. Serve with the Ranch-Style Rice. TIP Ranch-Style Rice: Heat 2 1/4 cups water and the remaining salad dressing mix in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice and cook according to the package directions.
Tips:
- Use thick pork chops for best results. Thin chops will cook too quickly and become dry.
- To make sure the pork chops are cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check that they have reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can check if the pork chops are done by cutting into one of them. The meat should be opaque and no longer pink in the center.
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making them more tender and flavorful.
- Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, green beans, or a salad.
