Tips:

  • Prep mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and make the cooking process go more smoothly.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. This includes using fresh chicken, corn, and green chiles.
  • Season to taste: Don't be afraid to season your dish to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings until the flavors are just right.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the chicken, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly.
  • Cook the pasta al dente: When cooking the pasta, cook it al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. This will help the pasta hold its shape and not become mushy.
  • Add the cream and cheese slowly: When adding the cream and cheese to the pasta, do so slowly and stir constantly. This will help prevent the sauce from curdling.
  • Serve immediately: Once the pasta is cooked, serve it immediately. This dish is best enjoyed when it is hot and fresh.
