2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
¾ cup softened butter
1 ¼ cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chopped mango
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  • Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl; make a well in the center.
