GORGONZOLA CREAM SAUCE
Autumn is the season for rich, creamy sauces, and I'm pretty sure you're going to be shocked at just how easy this one is. When your cream is reduced, your sauce is practically done. I like serving this with a stuffed pasta like tortellini or ravioli, topped with diced apple and crunchy toasted walnuts.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your dish. Look for ripe tomatoes, creamy gorgonzola cheese, and aromatic basil.
- Don't overcook the pasta: Pasta should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and unpleasant.
- Make sure the sauce is thick enough: The sauce should be thick enough to coat the pasta and vegetables without being too heavy. If the sauce is too thin, you can thicken it by adding a bit of cornstarch or flour.
- Don't skimp on the cheese: Gorgonzola cheese is the star of the show in this dish, so don't be afraid to use plenty of it. The more cheese you use, the more flavorful the sauce will be.
- Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become mushy if it sits for too long.
Conclusion:
Creamy gorgonzola penne is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is made with simple ingredients that are readily available, and it can be on the table in under 30 minutes. The creamy sauce is rich and flavorful, and the gorgonzola cheese adds a unique and tangy flavor. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
