Steps:

  • Dissolve jello into 1 cup boiling water.
  • Put 4 ice cubes in measuring cup and fill to 1 cup with cold water.
  • Add to dissolved jello.
  • Cool for 5 minutes.
  • Beat in powdered pudding until well mixed.
  • Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Fold in container of cool whip and chill 10 minutes.

1 box Jell-O Orange Gelatin
1 box Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 can mandarin oranges
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Steps:

  • Mix gelatin mix with 1 cup boiling water till dissolved. Add 1 cup cold water plus 3 ice cubes and stir into the hot gelatin mix. Set aside 5 minutes to cool.
  • Add the instant pudding to the gelatin mixture, stir for about 2 minutes and then let set for approximately 15 minutes to thicken. Fold in the mandarin oranges and Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes or can be frozen for a more ice cream like dessert.

8 serving size sugarfree orange gelatin (2 - 4 serving sizes)
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
8 serving size sugarfree instant vanilla pudding (2 - 4 serving sizes)
2 cups cold 1% milk or 2 cups skim milk
22 ounces mandarin oranges, drained (2 - 11oz cans)
2 cups prepared whipped topping, divided

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk, reserve 5 mandarin oranges for garnish. Fold remaining oranges, thickened gelatin and 1 cup whipped topping into prepared pudding.
  • Pour into ring mold or leave in a bowl. Chill 4 hours until set.
  • Unmold onto serving plate. Spoon remaining whipped topping in center of ring. Garnish with reserved mandarin oranges.
