8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch garlic salt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.

13 1/4 ounces whole wheat pasta (I prefer Rotini)
1 cup low-fat sour cream
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1 large egg
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups Italian cheese blend, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook pasta according to directions on the box, set aside.
  • Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic until cooked through.
  • In a bowl, combine 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, and one egg. Blend thoroughly.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
3 cups penne pasta
2-1/2 cups boiling water
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine tomatoes, garlic, dry seasonings and 2 Tbsp. dressing in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Place block of cream cheese in center of tomato mixture.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until tomatoes are tender, stirring after 20 min.
