1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
3 bananas
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant pudding mix (cheesecake, vanilla, or banana cream)

Steps:

  • Cream together shortening, cream cheese, brown sugar, and white sugar.
