CRAISIN CHICKEN SALAD

Craisin Chicken Salad image

I love chicken salad, mostly because it's so easy to do. This one is a nice change from the usual with the addition of craisins. The cream cheese makes it super creamy, but I leave it out sometimes and bump up the mayo instead.

Tips:

  • Use a variety of textures in your chicken salad. Shredded chicken, chopped celery, and crunchy Craisins provide a nice contrast.
  • Don't overmix the chicken salad. Overmixing can make the chicken tough and the salad dry.
  • Use a mayonnaise-based dressing. Mayonnaise helps to bind the ingredients together and creates a creamy, flavorful dressing.
  • Season the chicken salad to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to taste. You can also add a bit of Dijon mustard for a tangy flavor.
  • Serve the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce or in a croissant or pita pocket.

Conclusion:

Crazy Craisins Chicken Salad is a delicious and easy-to-make salad that is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken. With its sweet and tangy flavor, this salad is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
