Tips:

- Choose fresh, ripe cranberries for the best flavor. Frozen cranberries can also be used, but they should be thawed before using. - If you don't have a pastry cutter, you can use two knives to cut the butter into the flour mixture. - Be sure to work the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. This will help to create a flaky crust. - Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the cobbler tough. - Pour the batter over the cranberries in the baking dish. Do not stir. - Sprinkle the topping evenly over the batter. - Bake the cobbler for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. - Let the cobbler cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will help the filling to set.
